It is best to follow all washing instructions included on label. Once and item has been worn or washed we will no longer accept an exchange. The ownership is transferred from our business to the customer as soon as the item is worn and or washed. There are no exceptions.

Please email us at info@boutiquemari.com as soon as possible with images attached. If 5 business days have passed from date of delivery we will not accept your claim.

All domestic orders received are processed between 1 to 5 business days. We are closed Sundays and all holidays. All international orders will be processed between 1 to 5 business days. The shipping time for domestic orders are between 3-5 business days. These time frames are all based on the customers location as well as your local post office. For international orders shipping time is between 1-14 business days depending on customers location and local postal service.

We ask that before completing any order you make sure that all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for lost and or stolen items. When making a purchase you agree to allow us to send all packages via usps or ups. Once we have shipped an order we are no longer responsible. Any liability is between the consumer/customer and usps or ups once items have been shipped. We will do our best to assist you with locating your package via the tracking information provided. If an item says it has been delivered we recommend you file a claim with usps or ups.

Due to the amount of manufacturers/vendors that we work with, we unfortunately are unable to provide exact restock dates. However we do update our website when an item has restocked.

exchanges

We want to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases, and are always available to answer any questions, or concerns regarding your order.

We will gladly allow store credit or exchanges within 7 business days. This starts from the day your package was delivered, based on tracking information. We do not offer refunds.

In order to qualify for store credit or an exchange your item must be unused and in it’s original packaging.
The following items do not qualify for an exchange.

All sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Swimsuit items are final sale and cannot be exchanged
Bodysuits are final sale and cannot be exchanged
Items purchased with discounted codes are final sale and cannot be exchanged

You MUST include your receipt and a note stating which item name/number you would like to exchange for. Then email us at info@boutiquemari.com and we can process an exchange for you. Please note the customer is responsible for all exchange shipping fees. Also please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your exchange once we receive your items.
